Will I be provided with a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive this information via email once your product is on its way.
What happens if I don't receive my order but the tracking shows it's been delivered?
We recommend contacting the carrier first to locate your package. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to our customer support at info@brightsfashion.com and we will make things right.
Can orders be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to most locations within the United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories, though some restrictions may apply for larger items.
Can I make changes to my order?

Returns & Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
How can I return a product?
Contact support to request a return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label for defective items. For other returns, the shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
How will I be refunded for a returned order?
